Grade 9 Registration for Fall 2025 is now open.  

Families with students interested in registering for Grade 9 at Bethlehem Catholic High School are asked to complete the following forms and email them to the school at bethlehem@gscs.ca or drop them off at the main office of the school during our office hours. Each registration application should include the GSCS High School Registration Form, the CUM Folder Request form, a Non-Catholic Declaration form, and a course selection for the language program they are registering in.

Bethlehem High School Online Registration for 2025-2026 School Year
*Online Registration closes Friday March 14, at midnight

  • If you are not returning to Bethlehem next fall, please see an administrator by Monday, March 10.
  • Three items to help with your registration process will be posted on the school website: https://www.gscs.ca/bet/page/619/registration
  1. Registration Power Point – for review
  2. Registration Handbook – to check prerequisites for the courses you select
  3. Registration Form – used to plan out course selection

Reminders:  

  1. Online registration is not the timetable – it is just a list of classes you have chosen.
  2. You are responsible for having the prerequisite course – the Ministry of Education WILL NOT give you a course credit if you have not completed the prerequisite.

To Register for Classes:

Log-on to the GSCS web portal: https://portal.gscs.ca/

1. Click on the MSS icon.

2. In MSS enter your regular school username (student number) and password.
3. Click on MY INFO TOP TAB then click on the REQUESTS SIDE TAB.

4. Read the Registration Instructions.

5. Click on the Subject area one by one at the bottom and select the course(s) you want to register in for next year. Be sure to click OK after you make your selection(s) in each Subject area.

6. Please also select 2 Alternate Electives from the Alternate folder. Please rank your preference under the priority button. (Rank 1, Rank 2)
7. If you make an error, click the select button on that course again to remove the checkmark and click OK and the course will be removed.
8. You may log in and out as many times as you wish as you make your course selections
9. A list of your course requests for next school year will be listed in blue beside the Subject area under school course.

10. When you are satisfied with your course selections, click POST on the Course Selection Screen.
11. If you have questions about course selection or are unable to select a course, please send an Edsby message to the appropriate individual(s) listed below

  1. Gr. 12 Registrations – message Mr. Boechler and Ms. Harbidge (in the same thread)
  2. Gr. 11 Registrations – message Ms. Becker
  3. Gr. 10 Registrations – message Ms. Bodnarchuk

Are You New to Canada? 
Please book an appointment at our Newcomer Registration Centre at 420 22nd Street East.



Students who are wishing to attend Bethlehem Catholic High School for the 2025-2026 school year are asked to contact the school at 306-659-7904 to book a registration appointment for the parent/guardian and the student with our Principal and a School Counselor.  Appointments are approximately 1 hour in length.

What you will need to bring to your registration appointment:
- 1 piece of government issued identification
- your report cards from your previous school or your Ministry of Education Transcript
