About Our Catholic School Community Council
Catholic School Community Councils encourage and facilitate parent and community engagement in school planning and improvement. The CSCC:
- Works to uphold the mission of Catholic Education
- Undertakes activities to enhance student learning and well-being and to support the resources and supports needed by the school, parents, guardians, and community
- Facilitates parent and community participation in school planning by working with the administration to develop the school's Learning Improvement Plan
- Takes action to fulfill initiatives assigned to the Learning Improvement Plan
- Communicates plans, initiatives, and outcomes to families
- Meets at least five times a year
