2024-2025 Intent to register: This form is for new and returning students who would like to attend Oskāyak for the 2024-2025 school year.
Filling out this form does not automatically mean you are registered at Oskāyak.
**New students will be contacted at the end of August to set up a meeting with an administrator for an intake meeting and complete registration forms, students under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by a caregiver. Students 18+ can attend the meeting on their own.
**Returning Grade 9 students who are entering into grade 10 must meet with Kara or Jacquie
***Returning grade 10-12 students who did not earn credits in Quad 4 must meet Kara for a re-entry plan
**Returning students who were active in Quad 4 and earned credits please complete the form to update your contact information and message Kara Kohle on Edsby, email kkohle@gscs.ca or send a message on Facebook to "Kara at Oskayak" to pick classes.
