Intent to Register Quad 3, 2024/2025
This form is for new students in Grade 10-12 who would like to attend Oskāyak for Quad 3, starting January 31, 2025. Filling out this form does not automatically mean you are registered at Oskāyak. Grade 9 classroom is currently full and we have limited spaces in grades 10-12. Due to an agreement between Saskatoon Public and GSCS we may be limited to who we can take at this time and if your schedule will fit. **New students will be contacted to set up an intake meeting and to complete registration forms. These meetings will take place to week of January 20th, 2025. Students under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by a caregiver. Students 18+ can attend the meeting on their own. **Returning students who were active at the end of Quad 2 send Kara a message -- Kara Kohle on Edsby, email kkohle@gscs.ca or send a message on Facebook to "Kara at Oskayak" to pick classes.
