Class Change Request

If you are inquiring about a possible change to your student timetable, please fill out the following form. Please note, we do not make changes due to teacher preference and friend requests. Only timetable errors or requests that can be accommodated will addressed. We cannot exceed certain class sizes which may limit whether a change can be made or not.  We will get back to you by Edsby. Forms must be submitted by Friday, September 6th. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
