Youth Alliance Circle – YAC will be meeting on FRIDAYS at lunch in room 110. Join us for snacks and conversations about social justice and activism- all are welcome! See Ms. Cassidy or Ms. Nakutnyy for details. 

 Art Club – Meets Tuesdays at lunch in Room 107.

Monday, Jan 13 - PJ Day, wear your most comfortable and cozy PJs.

Tuesday, Jan 14 - Wacky hair day, move over Scary Spice.

Wednesday, Jan 15 - Reagina George Day, wear pink.

Thursday, Jan 16 - Throwback Thursday, how far can you go back in time.

Friday, Jan 17 - Seniors and babies, Grades 11 & 12 will dress as senior citizens, and the grades 9 & 10 will dress as babies. 

Please remember to dress appropriately. 

Semester 2 Class Change Requests

Semester 2 is almost here. If you would like to make a change to your semester 2 timetable, you will need to complete an online form. If you feel like there is a mistake with your schedule next semester, you need to add a pre-requisite, or if you'd like to add or change a class, you must fill out the online form. Once we have had the opportunity to review your request, we will contact you through Edsby. You can access the online form by scanning the QR Code on the poster outside of Student Service

GRAD PHOTOS

Grad Photos will take place on:

• Monday, February 10^th – 10:00 am through 3:40 pm
• Tuesday, February 11^th – 9:00 am through 3:40 p
• Wednesday, February 12^th – 9:00 am through 2:40 pm

Sitting fee is $35.00/student.  Edge Imaging supplies 3-4 different backgrounds and photograph 15-20 different poses.  Edge Imaging will supply the gown, sash, cap, diploma prop, table prop, book prop and red roses prop.

Students bring their own shirt and tie if they wish to wear one, whatever they wear will show up under the gown, NO hoods. The students have the option to add on casual photos (at no extra cost). They can bring up to 3 different outfits or personal props such as sports equipment, musical instruments, photos of their younger selves, books, pets if the school allows it (No weapons of any kind and no friends in the photos). Each student will get 15-20 minutes with the photographer.

For those students who do not want to have the full session done please do NOT book an appointment online, rather go see the photographers when they are at the school, and they will book the student in to just have their yearbook/composite photo taken.

 Be green! A reminder to use the recycling bins for cans and bottles.

 DRIVERS EDUCATION

  Class is at lunch in Room 236.

PowerHour -PowerHour Female Fitness Club every Monday and Wednesday at lunch in the small gym! Come on out for a fun, quick strength workout! Workouts start12:20. No previous experience needed. If you have any questions, find Mrs. Anderson or Mrs. Button. 

Orange Shirt Day

Orange Shirt Day is the last Friday of each month.  

Nutrition Program – Every morning there are breakfast items available by the cafeteria kitchen doors. Help yourself to cereal, toast, or fruit. There is soup and other items available in the cafeteria on the tables at the beginning of the lunch hour.

Just a reminder that the bathrooms by the office are non gender specific for single use only. Please treat them with respect.

*The doors at the top of the stairs (north end of school) are locked in the morning after classes start. Please use the main stairwell or south stairs after the start of the day.   The library is open from 7:30– 4:00 pm for student use out of class time.

Locker access 

The upper level and lower square will be locked at the end of the day so there will not be locker access after 3:30. If you are doing extra-curricular activities after school, make sure you get all the belongings you need from your locker afterschool. Thank you.

   School Nurse 

Our School Nurse is Jen, RN, BSN. She is here at E.D. Feehan on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. All visits with the school nurse are confidential. The school nurse can help you with:

• Confidential one-on-one student supports with medical & health related matters.
• Referrals to other community agencies / supports.
• General first-aid 
• Confidential pregnancy testing and other supports as needed.

Students are also able to text the school nurse at 306-250-5906. Look for the school nurse sign in the hallway and stop in to say hello.
